See the list →Freightliner is the most common Class 8 truck on Canadian highways, and it is the make we stock most deeply: 67 radiator part numbers spanning 1992 to 2026 and 63 distinct model designations. Whether you are running a current-generation Cascadia on a DD15, a Columbia on a Series 60, or an FLD that has been earning its keep since the nineties, the part number is on this page.
The Cascadia accounts for the largest share of that inventory. Gen 4 and Gen 5 use different cores and different mounting, and the 2018-and-up 126" BBC trucks differ again from the 113/125 Cascadia — which is why filtering by year matters more on this model than on any other Freightliner. Our Cascadia radiator fitment guide walks through which core goes with which model year and engine.
For Business Class M2 trucks — the 106 and 112, usually on a Cummins ISC or ISB — we carry both the standard and the heavy-duty core. Vocational M2s that spend their lives on PTO work run hotter than highway trucks and tend to need a radiator sooner. The Columbia and Century Class radiators cover the Detroit Series 60 era, and the FLD and Classic XL parts cover the long-nose trucks that owner-operators keep on the road well past a million kilometres.
Every radiator listed here is built to OEM dimensions, core specification and inlet/outlet position, so it drops in without adapters or bracket modification. Prices start at $709 CAD and vary by core size and model. If your part number is not on the list, send us the truck details and the last nine digits of the VIN — we confirm fitment and price the same day, and we can source Freightliner cooling parts we do not stock.
We serve fleets and owner-operators across the GTA including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Milton, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Pickering, Ajax, and Oshawa. Canada-wide shipping available. Same-day quoting on all applications.
We list 67 Freightliner radiator part numbers covering 1992 through 2026: Cascadia (including Cascadia 113/125 and Cascadia Evolution), Columbia 112 and 120, Century Class, FLD 112/120, Classic and Classic XL, Business Class M2 106 and 112, 114SD, 108SD, Coronado, Argosy, and the FL and MT series. Use the filter above to narrow by model and year.
No. The Gen 5 Cascadia (2018 and later) uses a different core and different mounting from the Gen 4, and neither interchanges with the earlier Cascadia 113/125. Selecting your model year in the filter above is the fastest way to get the right one. If you are between years or the truck has been rebuilt, send us the VIN and we will confirm from the build record.
Freightliner radiators on this page start at $709 CAD, with Cascadia cores generally falling in the middle of our range and heavy-duty vocational cores at the top. Shop labour typically adds $300–$600. We quote the same day on any application, including part numbers we do not list.
Yes. Our Freightliner coverage goes back to 1992, which includes the FLD 112 and 120, FLD120/132, Classic, Classic XL, and the FL50 through FL80 series. These are the trucks most suppliers have dropped, and they are a deliberate part of what we carry.
Yes. Every radiator we list matches the original core dimensions, tank configuration, inlet and outlet placement, and mounting points. Your mechanic installs it the same way the factory unit came out — no adapter fittings, no bracket fabrication.
