Kenworth Radiators — OEM-Spec Replacement Parts for Canadian Fleets

Kenworth trucks stay on the road a long time, and the radiators we carry reflect that: 8 part numbers covering 1982 through 2016, weighted toward the W900, T800 and T600/T660 that make up most of the Kenworth fleet still working in Ontario.

The W900 is the classic long-nose, and its owners keep it running well past the point where most trucks are traded. Radiator availability is the usual constraint on that, which is why we hold the part numbers rather than treating the model as obsolete. The T800 covers both highway and vocational spec — dump, mixer and heavy-haul T800s load a radiator far harder than a highway truck does, and they generally need one sooner.

For the aerodynamic line, the T600, T600A and T660 parts cover trucks from the Cummins N14 and Caterpillar era through the later Paccar MX and ISX applications. The medium-duty T270, T300 and T370 listings cover Paccar PX-powered chassis on regional and municipal work.

This page lists what we hold Kenworth part numbers for. It is a smaller list than our Freightliner or International coverage, and we would rather say so than pad it — but it is not the limit of what we can supply. Every radiator here is OEM-spec and installs without modification, and we source Kenworth applications we do not stock on request. Send us the model, year and last nine VIN digits and we will confirm fitment and price the same day. For newer T680 and T880 trucks, our T680 charge air cooler guide covers the other half of the cooling package.

We serve fleets and owner-operators across the GTA including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Milton, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Pickering, Ajax, and Oshawa. Canada-wide shipping available. Same-day quoting on all applications.

Frequently Asked Questions — Kenworth Radiators

Which Kenworth models do your radiators fit?

We list 8 Kenworth radiator part numbers covering 1982 through 2016: W900, T800, T600 and T600A, T660, T2000, T400, and the T170, T270, T300 and T370 medium-duty chassis. Use the filter above to narrow by model and year.

Do you have a radiator for the Kenworth T680?

Not currently as a stocked part number — our Kenworth radiator coverage centres on the W900, T800 and T600/T660. We can source T680 radiators on request, and we do stock T680 charge air coolers; see our T680 charge air cooler fitment guide. Send us the VIN and we will quote the radiator the same day.

Can you still get a radiator for an older W900?

Yes. The W900 is one of the models we deliberately keep coverage for, because owners run them far longer than the aftermarket generally supports. Our Kenworth listings reach back to 1982. If your exact year is not shown, send the VIN — the cores are shared across more years than the model listings suggest.

Why do vocational T800s need radiators sooner than highway trucks?

A vocational T800 on dump, mixer or heavy-haul work spends far more time at low road speed under high load, so the fan does the cooling instead of ram air, and the core sits in dust and debris. Add Ontario road salt and the fins corrode from the bottom up. It is normal for a vocational truck to need a radiator years before an equivalent highway truck.

What if my Kenworth part number is not listed?

Send us the model, year and the last nine digits of the VIN. This page shows the part numbers we hold, not the limit of what we can supply — we source Kenworth cooling parts on request and confirm fitment and price the same day.
