TKR0004 is a downflow radiator for the Kenworth T600, T660, T800, model years 2006 to 2008.
The core measures 40" high by 28.75" wide, 3" deep. It has a 2.5" inlet at the left and a 0" outlet. The unit carries no integral oil cooler and a top filler neck.
It replaces 62 OEM and aftermarket numbers, among them KEN112, 5715, KEN12. Searching any one of them will find this part.
On radiators the inlet and outlet positions, and whether the unit carries an oil cooler, decide interchangeability more often than core size does. Two radiators with identical cores are frequently not interchangeable.
