International Radiators — OEM-Spec Replacement Parts for Canadian Fleets

International — Navistar — is the second-deepest make in our radiator catalogue, with 46 part numbers covering 1987 through 2021 and 86 model designations. That range matters with this make more than most, because International kept a very wide model line: highway tractors, vocational chassis, medium-duty straight trucks and school bus chassis all carry different cooling packages.

The ProStar is the volume highway truck, and it is the one application where reading the listing carefully pays off. ProStar cooling packages were built in both a high-temperature single-core arrangement and a low-temperature three-section arrangement, and the two are not interchangeable. Our listings name which is which. The same split appears on some TranStar and 7700 applications.

For the 9000 series — 9200, 9400, 9900 and their i-series variants — we carry the classic long-nose cooling packages that are getting harder to source new. DuraStar and WorkStar radiators cover the MaxxForce DT medium-duty and vocational trucks, and the 4000-series parts reach back to the 4700 and 4900 chassis still working municipal and dump routes across Ontario.

Everything on this page is OEM-spec: original core dimensions, tank configuration and inlet/outlet placement, so it installs without modification. Prices start at $798 CAD. Navistar part numbering changed several times across these model years, so if you have an old number or no number at all, send us the VIN and the truck details — we confirm fitment the same day.

We serve fleets and owner-operators across the GTA including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Milton, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Pickering, Ajax, and Oshawa. Canada-wide shipping available. Same-day quoting on all applications.

Frequently Asked Questions — International Radiators

Which International models do your radiators cover?

We list 46 International and Navistar radiator part numbers covering 1987 through 2021: ProStar, LoneStar, LT and LT625, TranStar, PayStar, DuraStar 3800/4200/4300, WorkStar 7300/7400/7600, HX series, the 9100 through 9900 line including the i-series, and the 4000, 4700 and 4900 medium-duty chassis.

What is the difference between a high-temp and a low-temp ProStar radiator?

International built the ProStar with two different cooling arrangements. The high-temperature package uses a single main core; the low-temperature package uses a three-section core that also handles charge-air and EGR cooling duty. They are physically different parts and do not interchange. Our listings state which arrangement each part number is for — if yours is unclear, send the VIN and we will confirm from the build record.

Do you stock radiators for older 9200 and 9400 trucks?

Yes. Our International coverage starts at 1987, which includes the 9100, 9200, 9300, 9400 and 9900 series along with their i-series variants. These older long-nose trucks are increasingly hard to source radiators for, and we keep them deliberately.

What does an International radiator cost?

International radiators on this page start at $798 CAD. Three-section ProStar and heavy vocational cores sit at the upper end of the range; medium-duty DuraStar and 4000-series cores at the lower end. Shop labour usually adds $300–$600. We quote the same day on any application.

My Navistar part number does not match anything on the list. Can you still help?

Almost certainly. Navistar renumbered these parts several times, and one radiator can carry four or five superseded numbers. Send us the truck year, model and the last nine digits of the VIN and we will identify the current part — we cross-reference against the supplier records behind every listing on this page.
