TFR0018 is a downflow radiator for the Freightliner Classic 120, FL106, model years 1993 to 2008.
The core measures 34" high by 24.8125" wide, 2" deep. It has a 2" inlet at the left and a 2" outlet at the right. There is no integral oil cooler and no filler neck.
It replaces 87 OEM and aftermarket numbers, among them FRE06, 0516238000, 0519756000. Searching any one of them will find this part.
On radiators the inlet and outlet positions, and whether the unit carries an oil cooler, decide interchangeability more often than core size does. Two radiators with identical cores are frequently not interchangeable.
